Happy Valley Race 3 Tip #8 Everbrave $14.00
There’s a bit of pace in this race with Dr Eq, Target Finder and Viva Mama three horses who generally like to lead.
Everbrave is good enough to win in this grade and it’s fifth two starts ago was a strong effort.
I’m hoping the horse sits midfield or better today, which should position it well to win this race.
Dr Eq is an obviously threat and a deserving favourite, although very short in the market at this point in time.
He will look to lead all the way.
Flying Monkey and Ready Conqueror are fairly consistent and won’t be too far away.

Happy Valley Race 4 Tip #5 Peak to Peak $3.30
An even pace is expected in this race, with Peak to Peak expected to lead up front with Mercurial.
Peak to Peak has been working towards a win and only lost by a nose last start.
He deserves a win and I think with a better gate today, it can pick up his maiden victory.
The main dangers are Honest Way, Wood on Fire and Plikclone who have all run well this campaign.
They won’t be far away from Peak to Peak in transit and I’m just hoping Teetan can steal enough of a margin on them turning the bend.
Mercurial has Jerry Chau’s apprentice claim, but will have to cross over from barrier 11 making it more an outside chance.
