It was the horse racing experts from Australia's racing media who really flew their flag high over the past week.
Six of the top ten most profitable tipsters were from the media, including three of the top five.
Despite all of their inside knowledge and intel however, the media experts couldn't catch the runaway leader, pro punter Interpidarts.
Intrepidarts finished the week with exactly $8,600 in profit at a thumping 134% POT.
The punter made his inroads on Saturday, when he steered his followers into backing Lyre, the winner of the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes.
LYRE wins the Blue Diamond Stakes.

But it was the rough stuff that really catapulted him up the leaderboard.
Interpidarts tipped the upset winner of the Millie Fox at Rosehill, White Moss, at the odds of $64, and then topped off his day by backing Linda Maria at $49.70 in Albury.
It comes as no surprise then that the NSW based punter finished the week with a juicy average winning price of $15.
Now to the media tipsters, who had a cracking week.
Michael Manley from the Herald Sun found the most profit, with $2,280 generated from his selections.
His 17 winning tips at a strike rate of 41% meant that punters who followed his tips would've been cheering in nearly every second race.
Manley has now had 6 winning days from his past 8, demonstrating that he's seeing them well.
Three tipsters from the Sky Racing stable found themselves in the top ten, and the best of them was Bernadette Cooper.
This former hoop is now one of Sky Racing's most respected presenters and analysts, often providing unique insight into racing in the Sunshine State.
And it was here that she excelled. At the races at Gold Coast last Wednesday, Cooper cleaned up with 5 of the 8 winners on the card including two that started in double figure odds.
Of her three tips that didn't find the mark, two ran a place in what was a great day's tipping.
This produced more than $2K of profit for her followers who backed her tips with $100 bets.
Queensland race caller David Fowler was another who tipped with precision at the Gold Coast meet last Wednesday.
More than $1.5K in profit at a POT just shy of 100% is a cracking effort from Fowler, who was calling plenty of his tips first over the line.
Tony Brassel has had a great month, finding his followers $6,320 from the past 30 days.
The veteran tipster added to the profit pile over the past week, notching another $2K from 31 winning tips at an impressive strike rate of 32%.
With the form he's in, Bras is definitely one of the tipsters to be on in the coming weeks.
And finally, David Salmon from Best Bets rounded out the top ten with $1,450 at a monster POT of 161%. Salmon has been tipping up a storm in recent times, recording 5 profitable tipping days from his previous 7.
Punters will be looking to these tipsters for a repeat dose this week, as the quality of racing ramps up.
