In one of the most eventful weeks of racing we can remember, there was certainly no shortage of profits to be had.
This was seen on the weekly leaderboard, where nine of the top 10 tipsters and punters recorded a profit on turnover (POT) in excess of 200%.
Best horse racing tipsters for the week
It was the pro punters who had the best of it, led by Moreton Bay local Ronniehanks.
He had a whale of a week after landing 2 cracking winners from just 9 selections to return a 339% POT.
These winners came at a bumper average price of almost $20, and included 30/1 shot Speed And Style that saluted at Kembla last Tuesday.
If you reckon this was a bit of a fluke, think again.
Ronniehanks has now dished up five profitable months on the trot.
It's no wonder he's listed as a pro.
Ronniehanks is flying!
The other punter who really made a splash was Victorian Sam Kennedy.
He bagged 3 winners at a fat average price of $21 and a solid strike rate of 19%.
The definite standout came at Flemington on Cup day, where Kennedy got a hold of No Restriction in Race 2.
The roughie flashed home at enormous $47.90 odds.
Kennedy clocked off with a monster 291% POT.

But the punters weren't the only ones cashing in, with the media experts also making waves.
And it was SKY Racing's Matt Jackson who fared best, after steering his followers into a huge 305% POT.
The NSW-based race caller was all over Saturday's Goulburn meet, nailing 4 winners from 5 tips.
This came after he nabbed 2 winning tips at Kembla on Tuesday, that included $30 pop Speed And Style.
Jackson is now boasting a 99% POT from all his tips over the past 30 days.
His next selections are sure to be followed in.
Laurie Sainsbury from Racenet was the other media expert to fare well.
The form analyst was one of the few to tip Melbourne Cup winner Twilight Payment on top.

Sainsbury also steered his readers into Exhilarates in the last, that rounded out a massive day for Sainsbury.
His tips across the week ended up generating 263% POT.
Incredible tipping.
Beginning with the harness tipsters, and it was up-and-coming race caller Luke Humphreys who kicked away at the top of the leaderboard.
The SKY Racing man produced some incredible tipping figures, to end up with a 246% POT.
He jagged 17 winners at a juicy average price of $7.73 and a ridiculous strike rate of 45%.
Punters who backed all of Humphreys 38 tips with $100 bets were sitting pretty on $9,340 in cash profit.
And now with a 3-day tipping streak, you can bet Humphrey's next selections will be launched.

It was also a SKY Racing caller who found himself at the summit of the greyhound leaderboard.
That honour fell to New South Welshman Daniel Russ, who managed a mammoth 347% POT.
This was thanks to 14 winners at a mouth-watering average price of $14.36.
And considering that he's showing a two-month profit streak, Russ is another whose next tips will be hot property.
